Ted/Kristin/Kathy-

It is said "there are no friends at an auction," but you folks are a big exception to that rule. I’ve never dealt with an auction house that is more professional and customer focused than you all. Ted was more than willing to share his knowledge and answer my questions on Friday. Kristin has been very careful to account for and even make slight adjustments to my accounts. And Kathy was kind enough to stay late on Friday to get my bids, then took my call Sat. afternoon, even with the auction still going on! So, thanks again…I wanted you to know that your efforts have paid off and that the excellence that you obviously strive for is being achieved---and appreciated by people like me.
